Survey, permitting, design and construction services for a 0.375 mgd. prestressed concrete water storage tank, 300 gpm. water pump station & 8,600 feet of 12” DIP associated with the development of the Black Brook Corporate Park in Keene, NH, which was a major economic development initiative. Other project elements included roadway and intersection improvements, flood plain analysis, wetlands mitigation, and design of sewer system improvements.
