Survey, design, and construction services for a $9.7 million waterline extension, which included twelve miles of transmission water main, two water storage tanks, a one million gallon elevated storage tank, two booster pump stations, two re-chlorination facilities, and a SCADA system. This project provides water to the Broome County regional airport and the county landfill.
