Survey, permitting, design & construction services for treatment enhancement and sewer separation improvements in the City of Lockport. Assisted with the investigation of 30 combined sewer overflows necessary to comply with State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) requirements. Grantsmanship efforts resulted in over $3.0 million in grant funds for these projects.
