Town of Clifton Park Build-Out Analysis
CHA utilized ArcInfo and CommunityViz® to evaluate the impacts of alternative development scenarios for 14,000 acres of rural land within the Town. These programs were used to simulate commercial and residential build-out, visualize the impacts on the rural character of the area, and producing map graphics for public meetings.
