Developed photosimulations to determine the visual impacts of various types of communication infrastructure, including cellular towers, monopoles, and the co-location of antennae on existing rooftops or other building structures. Completed photosimulations display the existing and proposed views for each site. Many of the photosimulations depicted “stealth” structures that were designed to camouflage equipment installations.
