Conducted a system-wide infrastructure assessment of Connecticut’s expansive state park system. The project includes comprehensive facility condition surveys, an interactive prioritization spreadsheet that will assist the State in the allocation of resources, and a facility maintenance model that standardizes maintenance tasks.
