Prepared a recreational facilities master plan for the former Driver Naval Radio Transmitting Facility located in Suffolk, Virginia. The master plan will transform the site to accommodate baseball, softball, football, soccer, in-line and skateboard parks, multi-purpose trails, a boat launch, an equestrian facility and a community center.
