Developed a comprehensive design plan for the renovation of a 25 year old pool complex. The initial phase included replacement of the concrete deck, recreation amenities, pool safety support equipment including diving boards and towers, anchor supports, life guard towers, piping video inspection and marcite sealing. CHA also replaced the existing wading/spray pools and sand pit areas.
