Provided planning and design services for a new 20,000 sf building in the Florida Business Park, which is owned by the Montgomery County Industrial Development Agency. Work included parking and service area design, utility routing, stormwater management, and wetlands services. CHA also provided fast-track survey, design and permitting services for a 1.4 million sq. ft. Target retail distribution center.
