CHA has been retained by Heard County, GA to provide program management and budgeting for a multi-use recreational facility. The combined 115-acre Recreation Center will feature a double gymnasium with two indoor basketball courts, 16 ballfields, four outdoor tennis courts, four outdoor basketball courts, and a livestock arena, as well as an athletic field with bleacher and concession amenities.
