Provided design and construction services for facility improvements to support the relocation of a high precision optical products manufacturer. Developed facility fit-out design documents, HVAC single line plans, and process steam and cooling system plans; prepared piping schematics; and provided fire alarm, security system, and fire protection modification plans. Construction phase services included submittal review, start-up support, and record P&ID drawings for process steam and cooling systems.
