Planning and design services for a new rail station on the Montclair State University Campus. The project includes a center island platform, climate-controlled overpass, 1,000 car parking garage, new “kiss and ride” facilities, and the relocation of a mile of track and electrical catenary system. Preliminary design-build documents were also developed as part of this project.
