Performed an environmental evaluation of 60+ buildings and 800 acres of decommissioned campus property at the former Norwich State Hospital in Norwich, Connecticut. The assessment consisted of ASTM Phase I and II investigations and limited asbestos and lead-based paint building surveys. The initial work was performed under an on-call services contract with the Connecticut Dept. of Public Works.
