Planning, funding assistance, survey, design, and contract administration for a new municipal water system for the Village of Salem. Facilities included a 350-gpm well supply; treatment facility, including SCADA instrumentation and controls; altitude valve pit; 300,000-gallon prestressed concrete storage tank; and 45,000 LF of watermain.
