Raymond J. Kinley, Jr. CEO, and the Executive Committee of Clough Harbour and Associates LLP are pleased to announce the promotions of Gregory S. Corso, P.E.; James B. Fuller, P.E.; and Joseph J. Thomson, P.E. to Partners within the firm. In addition, we are pleased to announce that Mona Samaan Carbonel and A. Alan Seidman have been named as the firm’s newest Principals.

Greg Corso, P.E., Partner is the Manager of the Utilities Business Unit in CHA’s Facilities and Energy Division. In the five years since he joined the organization, he has managed a wide variety of projects for numerous manufacturers, municipalities, and utilities. He specializes in managing multi-site term contracts that require the completion of system designs, facility investigations, compliance assessments, utility corridor studies and design, and coordination of multiple subcontractors.

Greg is a member of the Air and Waste Management Association, American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Academy of Environmental Engineers. He received his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University and his M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University.

Joseph Thomson, P.E., Partner is a Senior Project Manager in CHA’s Manufacturing Business Unit. He has over 20 years of experience in energy usage analysis, mechanical and process engineering, and project management.

He has extensive experience in energy management analysis and building systems commissioning as well as the design of industrial process, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Joe has recommended and designed numerous energy conservation measures for healthcare facilities, colleges and universities, manufacturing firms, commercial buildings, and municipalities.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the State University College of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers and the Association of Energy Engineers.

James B. Fuller, P.E., Partner is the Electrical Operations Manager for CHA’s Facilities and Energy Division with overall responsibility for all electrical engineering assignments within the firm. He has 14 years of electrical engineering experience, including design of power distribution, lighting, control and automation, fire alarm, emergency power generation and telecommunications systems for various facilities.

Jim earned his Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University. In addition to being a LEED™ accredited professional, Jim is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers as well as the Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society.

Mona Carbonel, Principal is a Project Manager and Business Development Leader for CHA’s Communications Infrastructure Division. Her areas of expertise include vendor selection and management, site acquisition, permitting, zoning, site design, and program management. Mona has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, and has managed market buildouts for many of the nation’s largest wireless service carriers and satellite communications companies.

Mona earned her A.A.S. degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the State University of New York at Alfred and her B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Alan Seidman, Principal is CHA’s Business Development Manager for the Hudson Valley and Southeastern New York State. He has nine years of experience at CHA and over 25 years of experience in business development.

Alan earned both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Speech Communication from Emerson College in Massachusetts. He is involved in numerous community and business organizations. Alan has served as the Chairman of the Orange County Legislature, of which he has been a member since 1990. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Cornwall Hospital Foundation, the Construction Contractors Association, and the Orange-Sullivan Chapter of the American Red Cross.
