CHA honored for Breaking the Glass Ceiling

Girls Incorporated® of the Greater Capital Region recently presented CHA with its 2006 Breaking the Glass Ceiling award in recognition the firm's history of promoting women to leadership positions.  The Glass Ceiling Award Program was created by Girls Inc. to celebrate women in business and honor female leaders in New York ’s Capital Region.

In the past two decades, CHA has more than doubled the percentage of women in its workforce, kick starting a cultural change that opened opportunities among the firm's Partnership and a large number of management posts.

Today, we are pleased to note that historically male dominated leadership positions in finance, marketing, human resources, and technology are held by women, including the positions of Comptroller, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Technology Operations.
