Business NH Magazine and the NH Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (NHACCE) recently honored Clough Harbour & Associates LLP as a 2006 Business of the Year in the State of New Hampshire. CHA took top honors in the Real Estate/Construction/Engineering category at a ceremony held May 23 at the Center of New Hampshire, Manchester, and attended by Governor John Lynch and several local dignitaries.

Each year since 1991, the magazine and NHACCE have bestowed this honor upon select businesses in recognition of outstanding contributions made to their industries, their communities and the State of New Hampshire. All Business of the Year recipients were featured in the May 2006 issue of Business NH Magazine, and will automatically be entered in the 2010 Business of the Decade competition.

Judges selected CHA to receive this award in part because of the firm’s 50-year history of providing engineering services that helped shape the transportation network in New Hampshire and New England. They also noted the important role the firm continues to play in designing and maintaining the region’s Interstate Highway System and infrastructure.
