David K. Isbell, PE, PLS, SECB, Partner, is CHA’s Southwest Regional Director. Over his career, he has provided structural and geotechnical engineering services for notable projects such as the 300,000 sq ft Simpson Strong-Tie Manufacturing facility; $60M Geyer High School in Denton, Texas; various Alumax Manufacturing Plants; major additions to the Folgers Coffee manufacturing plant in Sherman, Texas; and the $20M C.H. Collins Athletic Complex in Denton, Texas.

David has over 37 years of experience, is a licensed Professional Engineer in 37 states, and is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas. In addition, he earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

Bradley J. Isbell, PE, Partner, is the Office Leader of CHA’s Fort Worth, Texas office. Brad is primarily responsible for general management of that office; including marketing, business development, and direct oversight of our Fort Worth office’s structural engineering division. He has led notable projects such as the $10M Aubrey ISD Elementary School, the $25M Denton Middle School #6, the $70M Keller High School, several multi-level hotel projects, and the 300,000 sq ft Simpson Strong-Tie Manufacturing facility.

Brad is a licensed Professional Engineer in fourteen states; and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, and the American Institute of Steel Construction. In addition, Brad holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Engineering with a concentration in Structures.

 

Jeffrey D. Isbell, EIT, Principal, is the office leader of CHA’s Sanger and Denison, Texas offices. He has worked on notable projects within the Denton Independent School District, the Denison ISD Multi-purpose Athletic facility; and the 300,000 sq ft Simpson Strong-Tie Manufacturing facility. He is currently providing geotechnical engineering services for the Rayzor Ranch Development in Denton, Texas.

Jeff is a member of various organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers – Geotechnical Institute, American Concrete Institute, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. He possesses his EIT in Texas. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees: one in Business Administration from Texas A&M and another in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech.
