The Partners & Principals of Clough, Harbour & Associates LLP (CHA) are pleased to announce that the Town of New London Streetscape project has received the 2003 Plan NH Award for Excellence in Planning and Design. Awards were given to completed projects in the State of New Hampshire that, according to Plan NH, have “enhanced quality of life, demonstrated vision, responsible development, creative planning, and design.” The award was given in the Planning and Development Category.

CHA completed the design, permitting and construction documents for this project, which involved the design of streetscape and sidewalk improvements along one-half mile of NH Route 11 in New London. This project included a designated bike route, a curb separated sidewalk and street tree plantings along the roadside.
