It is with profound sadness that we mourn the loss of our retired Managing Partner and CEO, William A. (Bill) Harbour, who passed away peacefully on June 22nd, 2010.
An accomplished engineer and businessman, Bill joined CHA in 1960. Over the 48 years he gave us before he retired in 2008, he guided us through our transformation from a boutique transportation firm to the ENR Top-100 company we are today.
