Employee Assistance Program
We recently introduced a new, state-of-the-art Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers, in addition to traditional EAP counseling, web-based stress-reducing information to help employees deal with issues such as child care, buying a home, elderly care, and debt reduction. In addition, our EAP provides assistance with stress management and achieving individual work-life balance goals.
Annual Wellness Challenge
This month-long challenge is designed to promote healthy living habits throughout our entire organization. Studies show it takes 21 days to form a habit, so after participating in the Wellness Challenge, people become conditioned to live healthier lifestyles. Teams of four compete by keeping track of healthy behaviors throughout an entire month. There are rewards and prizes, but everyone shares in the ultimate victory: greater wellness and balance in their lives.
Software for Home Use
We offer each of our employees the opportunity to purchase company software for their use at home at deeply discounted prices. In some cases, we provide software and networking services to home users completely free of charge. All employees can obtain CHA’s virus protection software free of charge for home use, and our interest-free computer loan program makes it easy to purchase computer equipment and accessories.
Lunchtime Learning Programs
These monthly programs are designed to enhance your personal and professional development. Sessions are available in all of our offices and feature topics that include buying a home, developing healthy nutrition habits, and preventing identity theft... all of which help our staff to live better, more informed lives.
